To assist with the monitoring your project team's performance, you can use rating schemes to submit ratings against entities, including organizations, contacts, projects, and enquiries.
At least one team evaluation scheme must be set up by an administrator for the entity type that you want rate against. For information, see
Manage
Team Evaluation Schemes.
To submit performance ratings:

Navigate to the project, organization, enquiry, or contact that you want to provide ratings from.
For example, to rate external organizations linked to a project, you navigate to the project.

On the header bar, click
Team Evaluation.
If the Team Evaluation menu is not visible, click
more to display all available tabs.

On the Available Ratings screen, click
Launch for the rating scheme that you want to use.

On the Perform Ratings screen, click
on the
Date Performed field to change the date for when you conducted the ratings, if required.
The date defaults to the current date, but you can select a past date.

If there are any entities that are not available to rate due the maximum number of permitted ratings being exceeded, do the following:

Click
to remove any entities that you do not want to rate.

Click Add <Entity Type> to add a new row, and then use the list on the newly-added row to select the entity that you want to rate. For example, if you are rating organizations against a project, click
Add Organization.
Any changes you make to the available list of entities are remembered between sessions so that you can quickly rate the same entities again in future sessions.

For each entity that you want to rate, answer all available questions, and then click
Submit.
Entities that you partially rate will not be submitted until you answer all available questions. You can click
Submit at any point to submit completed entity ratings, and then continue to rate other entities until you are finished.

When you have finished, click
X to close the screen.
