Configure Teamwork Settings for a Project

For each project, you can override some of the global Teamwork settings, including the document pools that specific contact roles upload files to, and the number of documents to display on the PIM Teamwork Incoming Files page.

To configure Teamwork settings for a project:

  1. Navigate to the project.
    You can search for projects using the Search Projects link in the Activity Zone. Projects that you are linked to also appear on the History tab on your contact record, and in the Projects dashpart in the Personal Zone.
  2. On the header bar, click PIM Teamwork Incoming Files .
    If the PIM Teamwork Incoming Files tab is not visible, click more to display all available tabs.
  3. On the PIM Teamwork Incoming Files page, click Settings.
  4. To specify the maximum number of documents that are displayed on the Team Portal Documents page, enter a number in the Number of results for the Team Portal Documents page field.
    Leave this field blank to use the global setting for all enquiries.
  5. To assign an incoming document pool where files from a specific external contact role are uploaded to, do the following:
    1. In the Contact Role Pool section, click .
    2. From the Select contact role list, select the contact role that you want to assign an incoming document pool to.
    3. From the Select upload pool list, select the document pool.
    For any contact roles that you do not assign incoming document pools for, the global settings will be used. For information, see Configure PIM Teamwork.
