You can publish up to 100 emails in your Outlook mailbox to different locations in the
DMS. If attachments exist, and your system supports attachments, they are automatically published as separate documents to the same locations as the emails they are attached to.
You must have the
Deltek PIM Outlook Add-in installed and enabled.
To publish existing emails to different locations:

In Outlook, select the email that you want to publish.
Hold the CTRL key to select multiple emails.

On the Outlook toolbar, in the
Deltek PIM group, click
PIM Smart Publish.

On the Publish Emails window, next to Publish to multiple locations at the bottom, click
Yes.
For each email that you have selected to publish, the system attempts to suggest a location and set of entities to publish against. Suggestions are rated between 1 to 4, with 4 being a strong match. You can choose to keep the suggestion for a particular email, or you can select a different location and set of entities.

To select a different publish location for an individual email, do either of the following:
- To select a different suggested location, click
, and then select a location.
- To manually select a location and set of attributes, click
Change Selection. In the Document Attribute Selection window, select one or more locations to publish the email to, and any entity records to link the email to, and then click
Select and close. For example, if you select a location that is project-based, you can select a project to link the email to.
Note: By default, when you select a new location, it is saved to your recent locations so that you can quickly publish emails to the same location in future. If you do not want to save the location to your recent locations, deselect the
Save to Recently Used check box.

When you are ready to publish the emails, click
