Progress Observations
When observations are logged against a project, a number of options are available to progress them through the observation management workflow.

- Issue Observations
You can send one or more observations to selected project contacts for review. - Add a Comment to an Observation
You can add a comment to an observation. Comments can be viewed under Comment History when project members view a comment, and they are included in the Full Detail Report. - Update Multiple Observations
You use the Bulk Edit feature to apply the same updates to multiple observations in one operation. You can reallocate, close, or reopen observations, and add comments using this feature. - Reallocate an Observation
If authorized, you can reallocate an observation to another project contact to investigate. - Close an Observation
You close an observation when the issue has been rectified. - Reopen an Observation
You use the Bulk Edit feature to reopen closed observations if there are unresolved issues. When you reopen an observation, it is assigned back to the contact it was originally allocated to. - Monitor Observations
Use the My Mobile Notifications dashpart to monitor your issued defects across all projects.
