When you are invited to collaborate on a project, you receive an email invitation with a link to log in to
PIM Teamwork. If you have not accessed
PIM before, your username and temporary password are included in the email. You are required to change the temporary password when you first log in.
Note: Links to participate in projects and enquiries expire after 3 months. If you do not accept an invitation within this time, you will need to contact your
PIM contact to request a new invitation.
To log in to
PIM the first time:

On the invitation email that you received, click the
Click here to access Deltek PIM Teamwork link.

On the
Deltek PIM logon screen, enter your username and temporary password, and click
Log In.
You can find your login details in the invitation email that you received.

On the
Deltek PIM Team Portal Sign Up dialog, enter your temporary password in the
Enter Old Password field.

In the
Enter New Password and
Confirm New Password fields, enter a new secure password for your account.

Select the check box to confirm that you have read and accept the terms and conditions.

Click
Save, and then click
Close on the confirmation dialog.
