- Configure Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA), or multi-factor authentication (MFA), provides an extra level of security to prevent unauthorized access to your system. When 2FA is enabled, users must provide a six-digit code to validate their logon credentials every time they log in to PIM. - Configure Single Sign-On with Azure Active Directory
If you have a cloud-based Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AD), you can now enable single sign-on using the Microsoft Azure AD identity provider. This option is available to both on-premises and SaaS clients. - Manage User Accounts
You can create user accounts for any existing contacts within PIM. After you create a licensed user account for a contact, you assign system roles to the user to grant them with access to selected features. - Manage User Access Rights
You assign system roles to menus, dashparts, entity record field sets, and project events, to grant users with access. - Report on Users
To assist you with managing users and access rights, a number of reports are available.
