View Actions for a Document

View current actions for a document in Classic View.

To view actions for a document:

  1. Navigate to the Information Zone or the Documents tab on an entity record, such as a project or organization.
  2. If Smart View is enabled, click the Smart View toggle to disable it.
  3. Search for the document.

  4. Click the document that you want to view actions for.
  5. In the Document Details panel at the bottom, click the Actions tab.
    By default, only actions for the current version are displayed. To view actions for all versions of the document, select All Versions.
    Note: Actions are also automatically created when a document is sent from the DMS to one or more recipients via email. Click the Mailings tab in the Document Details panel to view any Document Sent actions.
  6. Click for any action that you want to view details for.
    If you have the correct permissions, you can click to edit an action.
    Note: The Concluded On is the date when the action was either completed or abandoned.
