Undo Document Checkouts
If you decide not to make or keep any changes to files that you have checked out to edit, you can discard the checkouts so that you do not affect the version history.
The Local File Management component must be installed and running on your PC.
To undo document checkouts via the Local File Management page:

To display the
Local File Management page, do either of the following:
- Navigate to the Information Zone, and then click the Local File Management tab.
- Right-click the Deltek Local File Management icon in your system tray and choose Local File Management Page.
- On the Local File Management page, under In PIM, select each file that you want to undo the checkout for.
- Click Undo Check-out.

On the dialog box that displays, do either of the following:
- If you want to keep a local copy of the file, click Yes, and then select a folder to store the local copy in.
- If you do not want to keep a local copy of the file, click No.
You can also click
