Create a Document From a Template
You can create a new document from a template. For example, you can create a purchase order for a project to send to a supplier. The title of the new document adopts the title of the template used.
To create a document from a template:
After you create a document from a template, the document is automatically checked out to allow you to edit it. To make the document available to other users, you must complete the procedure to check in the document.
