Link a Coding Scheme to a Document Pool

You link a coding scheme to a selected document pool so that when users publish documents to the pool, the coding scheme appends the required information to the titles of the published documents. A document pool can only be linked to one coding scheme at a time.

To link a coding scheme to a document pool:

1. On the header bar, click Activity Zone.
2. In the Search Activity Zone field at the top, enter Link Document Coding to Document Pool, and then click the link that displays.
3. On the Document Pool Coding screen, click Find.
4. On the Webpage Dialog, click , and then select the document pool that you want to link to a coding scheme.
5. From the Coding Scheme list, select the coding scheme that you want to link the document pool to.
6. Click Save.
