You can edit an enquiry code if you are a system administrator. You must enter a unique code that is not assigned to any other enquiry.
If your site is an integrated site, you cannot edit the enquiry code.

Navigate to the enquiry.
You can search for enquiries using the
Search Enquiries link in the
Activity Zone. Enquiries that you are linked to also appear on the History tab in your contact record, and in the Enquiries dashpart in the
Personal Zone.

On the enquiry record, click

In the Edit Enquiry Code dialog box, enter a new enquiry code.

Save.
