Configure Team Evaluation Settings

You configure the settings for Team Evaluation via the Administration Zone.

To configure team evaluation settings:

  1. On the header bar, click Admin.
  2. In the Search Admin Zones field at the top, enter Configure Team Evaluation, and then click the link that displays.
  3. On the Team Evaluation Configuration screen, modify any of the following settings, as required.
    Setting Description
    Enabled Select this to enable the Team Evaluation module.
    Note: Only enable this if you are licensed for Team Evaluation.
    Max Multi-Rating Entities Enter the maximum number of entities that users can rate in a single session
    Max Search Results Enter the maximum number of results to display when users search for ratings
    Calculation Period Enter the number of calendar days to use when calculating the average performance of entity records
    Lower Percentage Enter the minimum percentage threshold for acceptable performance rating scores. Ratings below this value will be highlighted in red.
    Upper Percentage Enter the maximum percentage threshold for acceptable rating scores. Ratings above this value will be highlighted in green.
