Manage Team Evaluation Schemes
If you have the PerformanceRating.Admin entity function role, you can create and manage team evaluation schemes via the Administration Zone.

You can create team evaluation schemes to allow users to rate the performance of organizations, projects, enquiries, and contacts. For each scheme, you define a series of questions for users to answer. Questions can be either star ratings or multiple choice. - Edit a Team Evaluation Scheme
You edit a team evaluation scheme to change the name, description, and which users roles can access it. You can also modify any of the questions and guidance text. The rating type and measure type cannot be changed. - Disable a Team Evaluation Scheme
You can disable a ratings scheme to prevent users from using it to submit ratings against the associated entity type. - Delete a Team Evaluation Scheme
You can delete a team evaluation scheme if it is no longer relevant.
