Project Accounting Zone Overview

The Project Accounting zone provides a financial status overview for all projects that you are currently associated with.

You can filter the results by finance company, finance department, project partner/owner, and project contacts. A graph provides a financial summary for all selected projects over time.

For each project, a traffic light status is provided for the following financial areas:

Status	Description
Resourcing	Indicates the status of a project's resource plan. Click this status to view the project's resource planner.
Invoice	Indicates the status of a project's overdue invoices. Click this status to access the Sales Documents tab of the project.
Fee	Indicates the status of a project's fees on its workstages. Click this status view and edit the project's finance settings.
Forecast	Indicates the status of a project's invoice forecast with respect to remaining fees. Click this status to view the project's forecast grid.
Budget	Indicates the status of a project's budget. Click this status to view and edit the project's finance settings.
Profit	Indicates the status of a project's profit versus fee percentage. Click this status to access the Accounting tab of the project, where you can view and edit various account settings.
