Create a Team Evaluation Scheme

You can create team evaluation schemes to allow users to rate the performance of organizations, projects, enquiries, and contacts. For each scheme, you define a series of questions for users to answer. Questions can be either star ratings or multiple choice.

To create a performance rating scheme:

  1. On the header bar, click Admin.
  2. In the Search Admin Zones field at the top, enter Team Evaluation Schemes, and then click the link that displays.
  3. On the Manage Team Evaluation Schemes screen, click Add New Scheme.
  4. On the right-hand pane, enter the following details:
    Field Description
    Scheme Name Enter a name for the scheme
    Scheme Description Enter a description for the scheme
    Rating Type Select the entity record type to link the scheme to. Typically, rating schemes are linked to projects, but you can choose to link a scheme to contacts, organizations, and enquiries.
    Measured Type Select the entity type that the scheme will measure performance against. Typically, rating schemes measure the performance of organizations, but you can choose to rate contacts, projects, and enquiries.
    Active Select this option to make the scheme available to users. To remove access to the scheme, you deselect this check box.
    User Roles for Ratings Define the user roles that can use the scheme to perform ratings. By default, all internal users have access to the scheme through the F02 All Internal Users user role.

    To assign additional user roles, enter the name of the role in the Search Role field. As you type, a list of matching roles displays, and you can click a role to select it.

  5. Add one or more questions to the scheme. For information, see Add a Dropdown Question to a Scheme and Add a Star Rating Question to a Scheme.
  6. To reorder the questions, do the following:
    1. Click .
    2. On the Reorder Questions screen, click the question that you want to reorder, and then use the up and down arrows to move it to the desired position.
    3. Click Apply.
  7. Click Save.
