Review a Document

You can approve or reject documents that have been sent to you for review. As part of your review, you can add comments to the document, and markup, if enabled.

To review a document:

  1. On the header bar, click Personal Zone.
  2. On the DLM Approval Tickets Dashpart, click for the document that you want to review.
    If the DLM Approval Ticket Dashpart is not displayed, click to add it.
  3. On the screen that loads, under Documents for Review, click .
  4. On the Review Documents For Approval screen, in the Renditions section, click the document to download it so that you can review it.
  5. Once you have reviewed the document, use the Comment Status list to select a review status.
  6. Fill out any other information on the form. For example, you can add a comment to provide more information about your chosen status.
  7. If you have added markup to the original document that you downloaded, do the following:
    1. Under Add Marked Up Documents, click Upload Files.
    2. On the Upload Files dialog box, click Choose Files.
    3. Navigate to and select the file(s) that you want to upload, and click Open. Press and hold the CTRL key to select multiple files.
    4. Click Save.
  8. Click Submit to submit your review.
