Manage Images in Smart View

Use Image Mode to view, manage, and edit photos and images in a more efficient and user-friendly way. This mode is available when you view the Information Zone and the Documents tab on certain records.

Image Mode in Smart View, which displays images only, provides a more efficient and user-friendly way to manage images. Images are displayed as thumbnails, making it easier to browse and select the images you need. You can also perform batch operations on images, such as adding them to baskets, editing their properties, sharing them, downloading them, issuing them, or moving them to a different project.
Note: Image Mode is only available for managed documents stored in the document management system. It does not display DLM images. Certain other file types, such as PDFs, will also display in Image Mode if those documents include renditions that are image files.
