Publish Document Window
The Publish Document window is used to publish new documents to the PIM Document Management System, and to check existing files back in.
When you publish and check files in via the Publish Document window, you select which document pools to publish the documents to, and you can select one or more records to link the documents to. You can also add/modify any details about the documents, select people to share the documents with, and create one or more actions.
