Create set categories to efficiently group related document sets for placeholders.
You require access to the DLM Administration tab on a project or enquiry to create set categories.
To create a set category:

Navigate to the project, click the DLM tab, and then click the Administration tab.
If the Administration tab is not displayed, it means that you do not have the rights to administer the DLM settings for the project.

Click
Available Sets on the toolbar.

On the Manage Sets window, click
Add Set Category.

In the
Name field, enter a name for the set category.
Use a descriptive name summarizing its intended facets. For example, Project Roles for roles associated with projects.

Enable
Allow exceptions to availability to configure set availability on a project-specific basis.

Select the
Make Sets exclusive check box to allow only one set within the category to be selected per document placeholder.

Click
Save.
