Remove External Users from an Opportunity

You can remove one or more external contacts that have been invited to participate on an opportunity. When you remove an external user, it revokes their access to the opportunity, but it does not remove them as a listed contact.

To remove external users from an opportunity:

  1. Navigate to the opportunity.
    You can search for opportunities in the Activity Zone.
  2. On the General tab, under External Organizations and Contacts, click Remove Teamwork Users.
  3. On the Remove Teamwork Users screen, select the check box of each user that you want to remove.
  4. Click Remove.
