View and Add Markup to a Document

You can view the markup on a document, and add your own markup.

Pre-requisites: You must first find the document that you want to view and add markup to. For information, see Search for Documents.

To view and add markup to a document:

  1. Click > View / Markup for the document that you want to view and add markup to.
    Documents that have markup added display on the document file icon.
  2. On the PIM Viewer tab, use the following options to add the required markup:
    Menu Options
    View View the document or diagram
    Annotate Add and format text

    Add shapes

    Insert Add a signature

    Add stamps

    Add call outs

    Measure Add measurements
    Edit Text Add paragraphs

    Add images

    Fill and Sign Add a signature

    Add free text

    Add tick boxes

    Add stamps

    Add the current date

    Forms Add form fields, such as text fields, check boxes, radio buttons, list boxes, and combo boxes.
  3. When you have finished adding your markup, click , and then close the PIM Viewer tab.
