You can view the markup on a document, and add your own markup.
Pre-requisites: You must first find the document that you want to view and add markup to. For information, see
Search for Documents.
To view and add markup to a document:

Click
for the document that you want to view and add markup to.
Documents that have markup added display
on the document file icon.

On the PIM Viewer tab, use the following options to add the required markup:
