View Absence for Other People

Use the Absence Calendar to view absence for other people within your company. A number of filters are available, which you can use to show absence for a subset of contacts.

To view absence for other people:

  1. On the header bar, click Activity Zone.
  2. In the Search Activity Zone field at the top, enter Absence Matrix.
  3. Click the Absence Matrix link that displays.
  4. On the Absence Calendar window, use the toolbar to specify your search criteria.
    For example, to view absences for the direct reports of a particular line manager, use the Line Manager field to select the line manager. Or, to view the absences for all contacts working on a project, use the Linked To field to select the project.
  5. Click Search.
  6. To view the absence for a particular contact, click their name.
  7. To export the absence results to Excel, click Export View.
