Respond to a Contract Item

Some contract types require a response from ceratin project members. Any items that require your response are displayed in your Teamwork - My Contract Management Items dashpart. You should also receive email notifications with links to these items.

To respond to a contract item:

  1. On the Teamwork - My Contract Management Items dashpart, expand the contract item type group that includes the item you want to respond to.
    If the Teamwork - My Contract Management Items dashpart is not displayed, click to add it.
  2. Click to view an item.
  3. On the contract item details page, click View and Reply.
  4. On the Enter Reply To: <Item Ref> form, enter your response to the item in the Reply field.
  5. Optional: Under Attach Response Documents, click Upload Files to upload a supporting file.
  6. Click Submit Reply.
    If the contract type is configured to notify users, all recipients linked to the item receive an email to notify them about the response.
