Configure Global Email Settings

You can configure the global email settings.

To configure the global email settings:

  1. Go to the Administration Zone and enter Email Configuration in the Search Admin Zone field.
  2. Click the Email Configuration link that displays.
  3. On the Email Provider Configuration page, under Global Email Settings, modify any of the following options:
    Option Description
    Allow Bulk Email to not publish to DMS Select this option if you do not want to enforce publishing emails to the DMS when the Bulk Share feature is used to send batches of documents to recipients via email.
    Mailbox Alias Enter a friendly alias for your PIM system mailbox so that recipients can easily identify your emails.
    Default System To Address Enter the email address where email error logs are sent to.
    Dynamic Email Footer Select this option to enable dynamic email footers, including details from a contact's record.
    HTML Email Footer Document Click to select a document to use as the HTML footer in emails sent from the system.
    Suppress Reply Receipt Select this option if you do not want to receive delivery receipts from the RFI and DCS modules
  4. Click to finish.
