Weekly Tab

Use the Weekly tab to enter your time for the selected week per job. It displays all the hours that are allocated to different tasks and jobs for the selected week, as well as the client names, activity and job numbers, task bookings, and total hours. In addition, the Weekly tab enables you to mark your hours as billable or non-billable.

On the Weekly tab, you can add the jobs and tasks that you will use for entering time. You can also approve your own time entries and mark yourself as done on tasks.

In WorkBook, holidays are based on the holiday calendar of the company to which you belong. Holidays are indicated by the icon.

Note: If you enter a date for company variable 10 in Settings > Company Settings > Company Variables, you cannot enter billable hours in your time sheet until that date.

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can manage your or another employee's time entries if you display the Weekly tab from Time Sheet in Finance & Administration > Cost Entry.
