Display Expenditure Records of Debtor Invoices

Use the Show expenditure amounts option under the Debtor invoices submodule to display the expenditure records of selected debtor invoices.

To use the Debtor Invoices submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To display the expenditure records of a debtor invoice:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the debtor invoice expenditure record that you want to display.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Debtors > Debtor invoices.
  4. Highlight the invoice whose expenditure records that you want to display and click Show expenditure amounts .
    Note: This action is available on the Approved tab and the Jobs ready for invoicing tab.
  5. On the Show expenditure amounts sub-grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the type of expenditure records that you want to display.
    Note: This drop-down list is available on the Summary tab, Hours tab, Materials tab, Purchases tab, and Financial postings tab of the Show expenditure amounts sub-grid.
