Use the information in this section to familiarize yourself with WorkBook's User Interface (UI). - Dashboards
Use the Dashboard module to view internal and external data all in one place. Dashboards are a convenient tool to view and access databoard and external website information through widgets. - Inbox
Use the Inbox module to keep track of your tasks and communicate with team members, coworkers, clients, and prospects. - Tasks
Use the Tasks module to view and manage your assigned tasks and pipeline activities and approve and follow up on items that need your attention. The Tasks module provides the To-Do, Approval, and Follow-Up submodules. - Time and Expense
Use the Time & Expense module to manage your time sheets, whereabout entries, and expenses, including mileage and material expenses. Time & Expense also provides you with information about your user settings, absence and flex day records, personal expenses, and Purchase Orders. - CRM
Use the CRM module to manage your business relationships with clients and potential clients, build healthy pipelines, and identify the right opportunities for your organization. You can monitor your and your business interactions with existing clients, identify prospects, create pipelines and pipeline-related activities, and perform twelve-month summary forecasts. These can help to improve sales, boost profitability, and enhance customer service. - Resources
Use the Resources module to define the resources that are involved in your projects in WorkBook. These include employees, Companies, suppliers, clients, connections, competitors, and technical resources. After you add resources, you can update the information about these entities as needed. - Jobs
Use the Jobs module to manage jobs and the conversations, tasks, Price Quotes, Purchase Orders, invoices, costs, and email messages that are related to them. The Jobs module provides the following submodules: - Scheduling
Use the Scheduling module to view, monitor, and manage bookings; task allocation; and capacity for resources and resource groups. - Finance & Administration
Use the Finance & Administration module to perform financial transactions such as posting journals to the general ledger; creating budgets, cash flow forecasts, and net revenue forecasts; adding accounts; generating financial reports; processing debtor and creditor invoices; performing month-end tasks, administrative follow-ups, and cost entries; and exporting financial data. - Settings
Use the Settings module to determine how your Company's WorkBook system functions. You can configure global System Variables, Company Variables, filter criteria, resources, and other parameters that affect the behavior of your WorkBook system. - List of Reports
This section provides the number, name, overview, and location of each report in WorkBook. - Admin
Use Admin to learn about Administrative functions and related tasks and how to perform them. - WorkBook / Dela™ AI Integrated Features
