Jobs
Use the Jobs module to manage jobs and the conversations, tasks, Price Quotes, Purchase Orders, invoices, costs, and email messages that are related to them. The Jobs module provides the following submodules:

To use this functionality, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

Use the Jobs List submodule in the Jobs module to view a list of all of the jobs in your WorkBook system. Jobs List enables you to create and duplicate jobs; make job-related time entries; view job KPIs, progress, reminders, and logs; and manage job settings, project settings, and price lists. You can also view additional job information depending on the Jobs List view that you select from the drop-down list on the grid toolbar. - Briefing
Use the Briefing submodule in the Jobs module to view the creative brief, approvers, attachments, and conversations of the job that you select in the Jobs List. It enables you to add, edit, download, add a template, and approve and reject briefings. You can also add and delete approvers; upload, download, and delete attachments; and view, manage, and respond to briefing-related conversations. - Chat
Use the Chat submodule in the Jobs module to view the conversations from Briefing, Tasks, Descriptions, Price, Purchase Order, and Invoice for the job that you select in Jobs List. Chat enables you to create, manage, and respond to job conversations. - Description
Use the Description submodule in the Jobs module to view the description of the job that you select in the Jobs List. Description enables you to keep specifications and other notes on the bids that you received from potential suppliers. You can also copy the specifications or notes of the winning bid to a Purchase Order. - Tasks
Use the Tasks submodule in the Jobs module to create and manage schedules within jobs, phases within schedules, tasks within phases, and resource bookings on tasks. - Price
Use the Price submodule in the Jobs module to view the Price Quotes (PQs) of the job that you select in the Jobs List. Price enables you to create, delete, edit, approve, and manage the price quotes that you prepare for your clients, as well as view, manage, and respond to PQ-related conversations. - Purchase Order
Use the Purchase Order submodule in the Jobs module to view the Purchase Orders (POs) of the job that you select in the Jobs List. Purchase Order enables you to create, edit, approve, settle, and manage the POs that you prepare for your suppliers, as well as view, manage, and respond to PO-related conversations. - Invoice
Use the Invoice submodule in the Jobs module to view the invoices for the job that you select in theJobs List. Invoice enables you to create, delete, edit, approve, and manage the invoices that you issue to your clients, as well as view, manage, and respond to invoice-related conversations. - Costs
Use the Costs submodule in the Jobs module to view all of the cost entries for the job that you select in the Jobs List. Costs enables you to track the costs and expenses for a job to ensure that it stays within budget. - Docs
Use the Docs submodule in the Jobs module to view all of the relevant documents and images that are attached to the job that you select in the Jobs List. You can create, delete, and manage files such as signed Price Quotes, signed statements of work, signed Purchase Orders, and so on. - Reviews
Use the Reviews submodule in the Jobs module to log in to your ConceptShare account and manage the ConceptShare Reviews that are associated with a job. - Task-Level Reviews
Use the Reviews - ConceptShare menu on the Task Card to log in to your ConceptShare account and manage the Reviews that are associated with a task. - Materials
Use the Materials submodule in the Jobs module to view the list of in-house costs that you charge the client of the job that you select in the Jobs List. Materials enables you to create, delete, and manage material calculations. You can also update cost and sales rates based on price lists and transfer the total amount of material calculations to price lines. - Settings
Use the Settings submodule in the Jobs module to open and view the Job Properties sidebar for the job that you select in the Jobs List. Settings enables you to view and update job settings such as finance, invoicing, and dimension settings. The Job Properties sidebar opens on top of the submodule that you are currently in.
