Show Posting Suggestions of Project Postings

Use Project Posting in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to show posting suggestions. Use Show Posting Suggestions of Project Postings if you get errors when you try to book project postings.

To use Project Posting, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To show posting suggestions for a project posting:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Project Posting.
3. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the grid toolbar to select the Company of the project posting for which you want to show posting suggestions.
4. Highlight the project posting type of the project posting for which you want to show posting suggestions.
5. On the side toolbar of the bottom grid, click .
6. Click Show Posting Suggestions .
7. To show a summary of the posting suggestions, on the side toolbar of the bottom grid, click .
8. Click Show Posting Suggestions Summary .
   WorkBook summarizes the posting suggestions based on account number.
