Edit Settings of Employee Cross-company Access Accounts

Use the Employee Cross-company Access submodule to edit the settings of employee cross-company access accounts.

To use the Employee Cross-company Access submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To edit the settings of an employee cross-company access account:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the employee cross-company access accounts that you want to edit the settings of.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Employee Cross-company Access.
  4. Highlight the employee cross-company access account that you want to edit the settings of and select or unselect the check box of the following, as needed:
    • Allow Time Entry: Use this to allow time entry for the employee cross-company access account.
    • Allow Mileage Entry: Use this to allow mileage entry for the employee cross-company access account.
    • Allow Material Entry: Use this to allow material entry for the employee cross-company access account.
    • Allow Personal Expense Entry: Use this to allow personal expense entry for the employee cross-company access account.
    • Allow Subsistence Allowance Entry: Use this to allow subsistence allowance entry for the employee cross-company access account.
    • Allow Voucher Registration: Use this to allow voucher registration for the employee cross-company access account.
    • Access to Jobs: Use this to enable access to jobs for the employee cross-company access account.
    • Can Create Jobs: Use this to enable the employee cross-company access account to create jobs.
    • Set Job Status 0: Use this to enable "Set Job Status 0" for the employee cross-company access account.
    • Set Job Status 1: Use this to enable "Set Job Status 1" for the employee cross-company access account.
    • Set Job Status 2: Use this to enable "Set Job Status 2" for the employee cross-company access account.
    • Set Job Status 3: Use this to enable "Set Job Status 3" for the employee cross-company access account.
    • Set Job Status 4: Use this to enable "Set Job Status 4" for the employee cross-company access account.
    • Set Job Status 5: Use this to enable "Set Job Status 5" for the employee cross-company access account.
    • Access to Employee: Use this to enable "Access to Employee" for the employee cross-company access account.
    • Can Setup Employees: Use this to enable the cross-company access account to setup employees.
    • Allow Financial Administration: Use this to allow finance administration for the employee cross-company access account.
    • Allow Access to Pipeline: Use this to allow access to pipeline for the employee cross-company access account.
    • Allow Access to Settings: Use this to allow access to settings for the employee cross-company access account.
