Use the Remainder handling tab under the Debtor list submodule to apply one code to all listed transactions.
To use the Debtor List submodule, you must have access to
Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To apply one cost code to all listed debtor transactions:

On the main toolbar, click
Finance & Administration

If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the listed debtor transactions that you want to apply one cost code to.

In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, select

Click the List tab and highlight the debtor whose transactions you want to apply one cost code to.

Click the Remainder handling tab and click
Apply one cost code to all listed transactions
.

In the Select cost code to apply to all items dialog box, highlight the cost code you want to apply to all transactions and click
OK.

In the confirmation dialog box, click
OK to overwrite existing transactions.
WorkBook displays a dialog box confirming that the cost code has been marked on the entries where the criteria allowed it.
Note: There might be instances where you will be prompted that the cost code you chose cannot be used on the bookings in question. Click
OK and check the settings for the maximum amount and maximum percentage, and whether the cost code is accessible for administrators only.
