Subscription Billing

Use Subscription Billing in the Subscription submodule in the Settings module to configure default subscription billing details. You can add, delete, and edit the details, dimensions, attributes, invoice elements, item groups, delivery methods, and sequences of a subscription billing.

To use Subscription Billing in the Subscription submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To create and manage subscription items, navigate to Settings > Subscription > Subscription Items. You create subscription billing invoices in Finance & Administration > Debtors > Subscriptions.

Subscription Billing provides the following tabs:

• Billing Setup: Enables you to add, delete, and edit the details of a selected default subscription billing.
• Dimensions: Enables you to add, remove, and edit dimensions of a selected default subscription billing.
• Attributes: Enables you to create, delete, and edit attributes of a selected default subscription billing.
• Invoice Settings: Enables you to edit the invoice elements of a selected default subscription billing.
• Miscellaneous Setup: Enables you to can add, delete, and edit item groups, delivery methods, and sequences of a selected default subscription billing.
