Open Task Cards of Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure

Use the Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure submodule to open the task cards of completed tasks that are awaiting closure.

To use the Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To open the task card of a completed task awaiting closure:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Follow-up > Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure.
3. Highlight the completed task awaiting closure whose task card you want to open.
4. On the grid toolbar, click Open horizontal task card or Open task card sidebar , whichever you prefer.
5. If you want to close the task card, click Open horizontal task card or Open task card sidebar again.
   Alternatively, click Close task card .
