Company Variable 31: Create New Employee, Default Employee Cost Price

This Company Variable lets you define the default cost to be associated with newly created employees.

The value that you input in this setting is the value that will be used in the Cost Price field when you add a new employee to a Company or your WorkBook system. This value is also be visible in the Rates & billable targets Grid (Employee Card > Settings > Rates & Billable Targets).

This setting uses the default currency that is set for the Company.

The default value is None. It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying Company Variable values.
