Open Expenditure on Closed Jobs

Use Open Expenditure on Closed Jobs in the Administrative Follow-Up submodule in the Finance & Administration module to view and manage open expenditure on closed jobs.

To use Open Expenditure on Closed Jobs, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

Open Expenditure on Closed Jobs provides you with an overview of all open expenditures on jobs that have been closed. Some expenditure types include non-posted time entries, non-posted materials, and non-posted adjustments.

You can use the information in Open Expenditure on Closed Jobs to review the records and determine whether they require further action.

To filter expenditure data by date, use the Calendar menu on the grid toolbar. To find a specific expenditure record, use the Search field.
