Create a Creditor Payment Proposal
Use the Create Payment Proposal dialog box to create a creditor payment proposal.
To use Creditor Payment Proposals in the Creditors submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in Employee Cross-Company Access under Settings.
To create a creditor payment proposal:

On the main toolbar, click
Finance & Administration
.
- Use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company for which you want to create a creditor payment proposal.
- In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click .
- Click the List tab.

On the List tab toolbar, click
Create Payment Proposal
.
- Use the fields and options in the Create Payment Proposal dialog box to create a creditor payment proposal.
- Click OK.
