Default Ticket Support Job Setup

Use Default Ticket Support Job Setup under Settings to view and match clients to a default support ticket job. You can create support ticket jobs in Jobs > Jobs List and then select the Support Ticket Job check box in Jobs > Settings > Basic Job Settings.

To use the Default Ticket Support job setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

You can submit tickets in Add Entry > Ticket or press CTRL + ALT + N. You can view tickets in Scheduling > Task Follow-up > Ticket List.
