Split Media Costs on Two Invoice Lines

Use the Invoice submodule to split media costs and identify the administration cost amount from the rest of the media cost.

To use Invoice, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To split media costs on two invoice lines:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. In the left pane, click Jobs List and highlight the job with media costs that you want to split on two invoice lines.
3. In the left pane, click Invoice.
4. In the left pane, use the drop-down list to select the invoice wherein you want to split media costs on two lines.
   Alternatively, click Open Invoice List and in the Invoice List dialog box, highlight the invoice wherein you want to split media costs on two lines.
5. Click and select Split media costs on two invoice lines.
