Agent Type 164: Add Employees with Client Access to Job Teams

Use Agent Type 164 - Add Employees with Client Access to Job to add resources who have client access to the job teams that are assigned to jobs.

For example, if there is a Job 1001 that has the All Employees team assigned to it, this agent automatically adds a newly created resource to the All Employees team that is assigned to Job 1001, provided that the resource also has access to the job's client.

You can check if a resource has client access in Resource Card > Settings > Client Access Settings. Alternatively, you can set default client access for all new employees.

Add to Client Jobs Select this check box to activate the agent for client jobs.
Add to Prospects Jobs Select this check box to activate the agent for prospects' jobs.
Add to Internal PR/Marketing Jobs Select this check box to activate the agent for internal PR and marketing jobs.
Add to Internal Administration Jobs Select this check box to activate the agent for internal administration jobs.
Add to Holiday Jobs Select this check box to activate the agent for holiday jobs.
Add to Illness and Absence Jobs Select this check box to activate the agent for illness and absence jobs.
Billable/Non-Billable Select this check box to activate the agent for billable, non-billable, or both types of jobs.
Add Only to Jobs on Displayed Clients Select this check box to activate the agent only for clients that are enabled as displayed.
