Use Ad Hoc Import in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to mass-import data such as clients, skills, and zip codes. This is particularly useful after you set up your WorkBook system for the first time, and you need to upload data that is too tedious to enter one item at a time. - Agent Log
Use Agent Log in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to view the audit logs of agents that were run and the details of what happened. You can filter the information that you want to see in the log. - Agent Setup
Use Agent Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to determine which agents run and how often. In WorkBook, an agent performs tasks in the background and then sends a notification or email message to a specified person. You can add, delete, run, and edit the parameters of agents. You can also add, delete, and enable schedules of selected agents. - Calendar Sync
Use Calendar Sync in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to import and synchronize calendar appointments and tasks between Outlook, Google, and WorkBook. You can edit actions, add absences, and open calendar sync logs of selected employees. - Conversation & Notification Setup
Use Conversation & Notification Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to configure notifications for conversations in WorkBook. You can run and edit the parameters of notification processes, remove warnings, and add, delete, and enable schedules of selected notification processes. - Conversation Groups
Use Conversation Groups in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to configure conversation groups. In WorkBook, conversation groups work like a mailing list for your conversations. You can add and remove conversation groups. You can also add and remove employees and contacts to and from selected conversation groups. - Custom Translation
Use Custom Translation in the Advanced Tools submoduile in the Settings module to configure the custom translation of strings in WorkBook. You can add and edit the custom translations of source strings in WorkBook. You can also update the Language Layer Lookup Table, export translation tables, and import translations from external sources. - Databoard Export Scheduling
Use Databoard Export Scheduling in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to schedule the export of databoard information to a selected storage provider. You can add, delete, and edit databoard export schedules. - Databoard Statistics
Use Databoard Statistics in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to view detailed databoard audit logs. You can filter the information that you want to see in the log. - Databoards
Use Databoards in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to configure databoards. You can create, duplicate, delete, and enable databoards. You can also create, delete, and rename databoard views; add and delete databoard parameters; and add and remove access type records. - Email Log
Use Email Log in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to view the audit log of email messages that were downloaded into your WorkBook account. - Employee Email Sync
Use Employee Email Sync in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to check whether an employee email has been correctly set up by the corresponding user. You can test the email settings of all employees at the same time. - External Reference Setup
Use External Reference Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to configure external references. In WorkBook, you can use external references for integrations and to help you map external information. You can add and remove external references. - IP Allowlist Setup
Use IP Allowlist Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to configure allowlist rules. In WorkBook, you can apply allowlist rules to enable users from specific IP addresses to log in without using two-factor authentication. You can add, remove, and edit allowlist rules. You can also test your allowlist rules with specific IP addresses. - License Management
Use License Management in the Advanced Tools submodulle in the Settings module to view and manage all your WorkBook licenses. You can view your current license information, update or renew your license, and view your license key values. You can also mark your WorkBook system for production. - Notification Email Texts
Use Notification Email Texts in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to create and manage notification email messages for activities that require automatic replies. You can create and edit notification email messages. You can also create and edit translations of selected notification email messages. - Session Log Overview
Use Session Log Overview in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to view the audit logs of successful and failed login sessions. - Settings Export/Import
Use Settings Export/Import in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to export System Variable and Company Variable settings to a file that you can import into another WorkBook system. This functionality helps to minimize the errors that can otherwise occur when you recreate settings manually. - User Access Rights
Use User Access Rights in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to configure and determine what roles are given which access rights to the WorkBook modules. You can add, delete, edit, export, and import access roles. You can also change user types and access roles, enable and disable requests, and generate and invalidate API keys for selected users.
