License Management

Use License Management in the Advanced Tools submodulle in the Settings module to view and manage all your WorkBook licenses. You can view your current license information, update or renew your license, and view your license key values. You can also mark your WorkBook system for production.

To use License Management in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

License Management provides the following tabs:

• Current License Information: Enables you to view your current license information, such as license status, subscription expiration date, and the total number of available Basic User and Advanced User licenses.
• Renew License: Enables you to update or renew your WorkBook license.
• License Key Values: Enables you to view your license key values.
