Delete Capacity Profiles

Use the Default Capacity Profile submodule to delete capacity profiles.

To use the Default Capacity Profile submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To delete a capacity profile:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to delete capacity profiles.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Default Capacity Profile.
  4. Click the Company Specific Profiles tab.
  5. Click on any of the hours or time fields of the capacity profile that you want to delete and click Delete selected capacity profile .
  6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
