Enable Attributes

Use the Attributes submodule to enable selected attributes.

To use the Attributes submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To enable a attribute:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the attribute that you want to enable.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click CRM Setup > Attributes.
  4. Highlight the attribute that you want to enable and select the Enabled check box.
  5. If you want to disable the attribute, unselect the Enabled check box.
