Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes

Use Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes in the Administrative Follow-Up submodule in the Finance & Administration module to view and manage billable jobs that have open Prce Quotes.

To use Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes displays a Company's billable jobs whose approval status is either Under Preparation or For Approval. Use this information to determine whether further actions are needed, such as assigning an approver or following up with the persons responsible.

Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes provides one main grid, which displays billable job information in columns such as Client, Company, and Currency.

Double-clicking a cell in specific columns enables you to view and modify information that is related to a billable job:

• Double clicking a Client cell opens the Client card.
• Double clicking a Company cell opens the Company card.
• Double clicking an Approval Status cell opens the Billing Plan tab for the Price Quote card.
• Double clicking a Responsible cell opens the Employee card.

You can filter the information in Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes by Company and resource responsible.

To manage only the records that require your action, navigate to Tasks > Follow-Up > Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes.

You can use the Search field to find specific job records.
