Enable Active Status of Databoards

Use the Databoards submodule to enable the active status of selected databoards.

To use the Databoards submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To enable the active status of a databoard:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the databoard that you want to enable the active status of.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Databoards.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the databoard that you want to enable the active status of.
5. Click the Settings tab and select the Active checkbox.
