Enable Active Status of Operating Accounts
Use the Personal Expense Types submodule to enable the active status of operating accounts.
To use Personal Expense Types in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To enable the active status of an operating account:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the operating account that you want to enable the active status of.
- In the left pane of the Settings screen, click .
- Click the Expense Types tab and highlight the personal expense type with the operating account that you want to enable the active status of.
- In the sub-grid, highlight the operating account that you want to enable the active status of and select the Active check box.
