Search for Job Request Templates

Use Contact New Job Request in the Contacts submodule in the Settings module to search for job request templates.

To use Contact New Job Request in the Contacts submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a job request template:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the job request template for which you are looking.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Contact > Contact New Job Request.
4. At the top of the middle pane, use the Search field to enter a keyword that is associated with the job request template.
