Reject Material Entries

Use the Material Entry Approval submodule to reject material entries.

To use Material Entry Approval, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To reject a material entry:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Material Entry Approval.
3. Highlight the material entry that you want to reject.
4. On the side toolbar of the right pane, click Material Details and click Reject.
5. In the Reject Entry dialog box, enter a rejection comment and click OK.
