Subscriptions

Use Subscriptions under Finance & Administration to view active and expired subscriptions. It enables you to create subscriptions and subscription invoices, mark client subscriptions as expired, edit subscription specifications, and display subscription general logs.

To use the Subscriptions submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

The submodule consists of the following tabs:

  • List: This tab displays an overview of client subscriptions. It lets you create subscriptions, mark client subscriptions as expired, and display the invoice dialog box.

  • Agreement: This tab displays the specific details of client subscriptions. It lets you update subscription elements such as items, specifications, invoice layouts, delivery, attributes, dimensions, contacts, notes, and logs.
