Update Bank Settings of Debtors

Use the Debtor information card under the Debtor list submodule to update the bank settings of selected debtors.

To use the Debtor List submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To update the bank settings of a debtor:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the debtor whose bank settings you want to update.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Debtors > Debtor list.
  4. Click the List tab and highlight the debtor whose bank settings you want to update.
  5. Click .
  6. Click the Bank settings tab and update the debtor's bank information as necessary.
  7. If you want close the debtor information card, click again.
